 Greetings!

 Please be informed of the 36th Annual General Assembly which will be held on March 25, 2023, Saturday from 1:00 P.M.- 5:00 P.M. via Zoom. 

The theme this year is: “Tinuod nga pag asenso, hatud ni XUCCCO.”

A.        Call to Order

B.        Declaration of Quorum

C.        Reading, Consideration, and Approval of the Minutes of the 35th General Assembly

D.        Presentation of Board of Directors, Management, Audit & Inventory, and Election Committee Reports

E.         General Assembly Approvals:

                  1.         2022 Financial Report 

                  2.         2022 Distribution Rate

                  3.         Hiring of External Auditor

                  4.         Proposed Budget for 2023

                  5.         Plans for 2023

                  6.         2023 Education and Training Plan Budget

                  7.         2023 Social Development Plan Budget

                  8.         Confirmation of the Action/Resolutions of the BOD Declaration of Election Returns

F.         Presentation and Discussion of Proposed Amendments of By-Laws, Articles of Cooperation, and Resolutions. - Please see attached proposed amendments of XUCCCO By-Laws and Articles of Cooperation.
