Please be informed of the 35th Annual General Assembly which be held on MARCH 26,2022, SATURDAY from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Via ZOOM.
The theme this year is: " 35 Ka Tuig Sa Matinud-anon Nga Panerbisyo, Kaabag Sa Pag-Asenso Sa Tanang Miyembro."

A. Call to Order
B. Declaration of Quarom
C. Reading , Consideration and Aproval of the Minutes of the 34th General Assembly.
D. Presentation of Board of Directors, Audit and Election Committee Reports,
E. Presentation of Discussion of Proposed Amendments of By-Law, Articles of Cooperation and Resolutions- ( Please see the attached Proposed Amendments of XUCCCO By-Law and Articles of Cooperation.
F. General Assembly Approvals:
1. 2021 Audited Financial Report
2. Annual Plan 2022
3. Budget 2022
4. 2021 Distribution Rate
5. Hiring of External Auditor
6. Ratification of the actions of the Board of Directors/Reslutions.
